Pack Full of Entrepreneurial Dreams

Steven Cheng (BBA 2009) taught himself design while attending university and created his own brand of backpacks — Doughnut. Upon graduation, he concentrated on developing the business and shifted from online to retail store sales. In the space of just a few years, he has successfully tapped into local department stores such as LOG-ON and Yata and has even expanded overseas — in Taiwan alone, he sells several thousand pieces a month.
