The liveliness and loneliness of Korean at Mid-Autumn Festival

27 Aug, 2017
Korean pop culture is appealing to a lot of audiences. However, the glamorous TV episodes are not equivalent to the everyday lives of Korean people – they have also experienced loneliness.

Steve Chung, assistant lecturer of Global Studies of CUHK, will tell the story of loneliness and Mid-Autumn Festival among Korean people. For full article, please check Steve Chung’s Facebook page: http://bit.ly/2wInnaa

To solve loneliness, we can start caring about our friends and families. This is the third year since the debut of CUHK Mooncake for Charity. For each box sold, the CUHK‧Care service team will deliver a free mooncake to the elderly living alone in Shatin or Taipo before Mid-Autumn Festival.
